was established in the year 2000.
Our roots in the chemical industry can be traced back to our ancestors who were
prominent importers of chemicals. When Pakistan gained independence, our founder's
grandfather, the late Mr. Abdul Khaliq Gandhakwala, was among the first individuals to
open a chemical outlet in Jodia Bazar, Karachi. His reputation is well-known throughout
Pakistan among chemical-related industrialists and businessmen.
Building upon our expertise in the chemical field, we ventured into a new business that
caters to the needs of households, factories, offices, hotels, schools, hospitals, and
other locations. Our roof coating is a blend of various chemicals, including sunblock
agents sourced from Pakistan, Korea, China, and Germany. This technology originated in
the USA, the Gulf countries (including Saudi Arabia) and other hot regions in the early 1980s.
CoolTech introduced this innovative technology to Pakistan in 2000. With our advanced
techniques, we can cover approximately 10,000 square feet of clean area in a single day,
without causing any damage to the roof surface or creating noise disturbances. After the
coating process, your roof can be used just as conveniently as before (after the first 24 hours).

CoolTech Plus '100 is a water-based, high-solids, ceramic heat reflection coating. This highly effective radiant barrier and heat-reflecting roof coating is designed for maximum thermal efficiency, with up to 90% reflectivity, UV resistance and years of trouble-free service. It is our most versatile product for roof heat reflection and insulation, backed by a 5-year warranty.
To apply, clean the roof thoroughly so there is no dust, oil, grease or any other stain left on the surface. For the best performance, wash the roof with water only (detergent is not required); proper cleaning prevents the coating from peeling off.

Aqua Cool '021 is a combination of CT Plus '100 and Aqua Guard '220, designed to protect your roof from seepage, leakage and heat. It is specially formulated for surfaces that have already been affected by cracks, which can weaken the roof surface. With Aqua Cool '021, your roof reflects sunlight and is protected against water seepage and leakage.
Aqua Cool '021 comes ready to apply: on a smooth cemented surface, apply 2–3 coats. Every surface has a different application method, so we'll guide you on the right method for your roof on WhatsApp when confirming your order.
Aqua Guard '220 is a one-component, acrylic co-polymer-based flexible waterproofing system ideal for cementitious and metal surfaces. It is suitable for roof waterproofing in damp conditions where other systems may not be applicable, and is highly effective against seepage and leakage.
To apply, clean the roof thoroughly so there is no dust, oil, grease or any other stain left on the surface. Wash the roof with water only for the best performance (detergent is not required); proper cleaning prevents Aqua Guard '220 from peeling off.

Aqua Bond '320AB is a single-component waterproofing crack binding paste for walls and floors, reinforced with polypropylene fiber. It comes ready to apply and is best for filling cracks on concrete roofs, walls, floors, corners and edges, with excellent adhesion, crack bridging capability and weathering resistance.
To apply, clean the cracks and remove any dust, oil, grease or loose material. Use the scraper or your fingertip to press the paste into the crack, and repeat 2 to 3 times at 20-minute intervals. Any leftover material can be used within 2–3 months of the first application.
A lead replacement, self-adhesive butyl flashing strip, ideal for emergency repairs. It gives an instant waterproof seal once applied. Grey finish, quick and easy to use, for wood, glass, metal, brick, cement, roofs and gutters. Curing is immediate at normal temperature.
Make sure the surface is clean, dry, able to bear load and free from grease and dust; remove any loose dirt with a wire brush and soft broom.
Unroll the tape and cut it to the length you need. Peel off the backing strip and place the adhesive side onto the prepared surface. Press the tape down firmly with a roller or your fingertips to avoid air pockets and creases, paying special attention to the edges and ends for a secure seal.

I was kinda confused initially whether to go for it or not, done quite a bit home work, search online etc etc ,.... but i m alhamdulillah quite happy to say that it worked..... Yesterday i measured the temperature at 12pm noon... Area without roofcool coating was 54 Celsius, area with coating was 42 Celsius, area under the shade of tank was 38 Celsius..... I was initially very confused for this investment as I had tried a few desi paint stuff earlier but all went in-vain, Salman Ceo Cooltech convinced me and finally I got it done on 27th Ramadan night and the next day was a little better and after about 2 days my house first floor became much better than before, it use to be hot like a bakery oven but Alhamdulillah it’s normal now, earlier I use to keep my room ac on 23 but now it’s mostly on 28, I am glad I got it done and would highly recommend this heat proofing to everyone.
