was established in the year 2000.
Our roots in the chemical industry can be traced back to our ancestors who were
prominent importers of chemicals. When Pakistan gained independence, our founder's
grandfather, the late Mr. Abdul Khaliq Gandhakwala, was among the first individuals to
open a chemical outlet in Jodia Bazar, Karachi. His reputation is well-known throughout
Pakistan among chemical-related industrialists and businessmen.
Building upon our expertise in the chemical field, we ventured into a new business that
caters to the needs of households, factories, offices, hotels, schools, hospitals, and
other locations. Our roof coating is a blend of various chemicals, including sunblock
agents sourced from Pakistan, Korea, China, and Germany. This technology originated in
the USA, Gulf countries, Saudi Arabia, and other hot regions in the early 1980s.
CoolTech introduced this innovative facility to Pakistan in 2000. With our advanced
techniques, we can cover approximately 10,000 square feet of clean area in a single day,
without causing any damage to the roof surface or creating noise disturbances. After the
coating process, your roof can be used just as conveniently as before.

We have been providing heat proofing services for the past 25 years. Our expertise lies in offering three different types of ceramic-based heat reflective coatings that not only reduce the temperature of buildings but also result in significant electricity bill savings. CoolTech Plus '100 is a water-based, high-solids, ceramic heat reflection coating. This highly effective radiant barrier and heat-reflecting roof coating paint is designed for maximum thermal efficiency, with up to 90% reflectivity, UV resistance, and years of trouble-free service. The warranty period for this product is 5 years. It is the most versatile product for effective roof heat reflection and insulation.
To apply the coating, clean the roof on which you wish to apply it. Make sure there is no dust, oil, grease, or any other stains left on the roof. It is recommended to wash the roof for the best performance. If you choose to wash the roof, use water only; detergent is not required. Properly cleaning the roof is necessary to prevent the coating from peeling off. Next, add water to the bucket according to our water addition ratio guide, and thoroughly stir the brush before applying the coating. The coating will dry in approximately 2 hours, but for better results, it is advised to avoid using the roof for the first 24 hours.

Aqua Cool '021 is a combination of CT Plus '100 and Aqua Guard '220, designed to protect your roof from seepage, leakage, and heat. It is specially formulated for surfaces that have already been affected by cracks, which can weaken the roof surface. By applying Aqua Cool '021, not only will your roof reflect sunlight, but it will also provide protection against water leakage and seepage.

Aqua Guard '220 is a one-component, acrylic co-polymer-based flexible waterproofing system ideal for use on cementitious and metal surfaces. It is suitable for roof waterproofing in damp conditions where other systems may not be applicable. Aqua Guard '220 is a double-application-based waterproofing system that is highly effective in addressing seepage issues.
A lead replacement, self-adhesive flashing strip, ideal for emergency repairs. Instant waterproof seal once applied. Grey finish. Quick and easy to use. For use on wood, glass, metal, brick and cement. Curing time immediate at normal temperature.
The surfaces that need to be sealed must be dry, able to bear load, and free from grease and dust. Start by removing any loose dust and dirt using a wire brush and soft broom in the area where you plan to apply the COOLTECH Waterproof Sealing Tape. Unroll the tape and cut it to the desired length. Peel off the backing strip and place the adhesive side onto the properly prepared substrate. To prevent air pockets and creases and ensure a tight seal, gently press down the tape using a roller or your fingertips. Pay special attention to pressing down the edges and ends of the tape as it is crucial for a secure seal.

I was kinda confused initially whether to go for it or not, done quite a bit home work, search online etc etc ,.... but i m alhamdulillah quite happy to say that it worked..... Yesterday i measured the temperature at 12pm noon... Area without roofcool coating was 54 Celsius, area with coating was 42 Celsius, area under the shade of tank was 38 Celsius..... I was initially very confused for this investment as I had tried a few desi paint stuff earlier but all went in-vain, Salman Ceo Cooltech convinced me and finally I got it done on 27th Ramadan night and the next day was a little better and after about 2 days my house first floor became much better than before, it use to be hot like a bakery oven but Alhamdulillah it’s normal now, earlier I use to keep my room ac on 23 but now it’s mostly on 28, I am glad I got it done and would highly recommend this heat proofing to everyone.

My top floor used to burn like hell. Even my AC not used to work in that scorching heat. I got to know about Cooltech heat proofing from someone. after doing some research I finally ordered. after applying that paint on my roof. I can feel the difference clearly. my top floor is bearable now. temp has decreased by 6'C. it's worth the money I would say..
