Aqua Guard '220 AG

Aqua Guard '220 is a one-component, acrylic co-polymer-based flexible waterproofing system ideal for use on cementitious and metal surfaces. It is suitable for roof waterproofing in damp conditions where other systems may not be applicable. Aqua Guard '220 is a double-application-based waterproofing system that is highly effective in addressing seepage issues.

Waterproof Sealing Tape

A lead replacement, self-adhesive flashing strip, ideal for emergency repairs. Instant waterproof seal once applied. Grey finish. Quick and easy to use. For use on wood, glass, metal, brick and cement. Curing time immediate at normal temperature.

The surfaces that need to be sealed must be dry, able to bear load, and free from grease and dust. Start by removing any loose dust and dirt using a wire brush and soft broom in the area where you plan to apply the COOLTECH Waterproof Sealing Tape. Unroll the tape and cut it to the desired length. Peel off the backing strip and place the adhesive side onto the properly prepared substrate. To prevent air pockets and creases and ensure a tight seal, gently press down the tape using a roller or your fingertips. Pay special attention to pressing down the edges and ends of the tape as it is crucial for a secure seal.

Waterproof Sealing Tape

  1. Ensure that the surfaces to be sealed are dry, capable of bearing load, and free from grease and dust.
  2. Use a wire brush and soft broom to remove any loose dust and dirt from the area of application.
  3. Unroll and cut the Bitumen Flashing Tape to the desired length.
  4. Peel off the backing strip and apply the adhesive side onto the prepared substrate.
  5. Smooth down the tape using a roller or gentle fingertip pressure to prevent air pockets and creases, and to ensure a tight seal.
  6. Pay special attention to pressing down the edges and ends of the tape to ensure a secure seal.
